Return and Refund Policy
This policy describes the return and refund conditions applicable to products purchased on the hachimi.store website.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the consumer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.

Return Conditions
Returned products must:

Any product returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled may be refused.
Return Procedure
Before any return, the customer must contact customer service by email to obtain return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error attributable to Hachimi or a defective product.
Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days. The refund will include the price of the product as well as the initial standard delivery charges. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial order.
Non-returnable Products
Certain products may not be eligible for the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the law, including:
